QA/QC Engineer – Construction Quality Assurance

About the role

The QA/QC Engineer will ensure that all precast concrete projects meet the highest quality standards and comply with relevant green‑building certifications. You will work closely with site, production, and project teams to drive continuous improvement in quality processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage QA/QC documentation, quality plans, and inspection test plans (ITPs).
• Prepare method statements, project reports, and material approval records.
• Coordinate inspections and enforce compliance with quality requirements and standards.
• Determine and implement documentation requirements for LEED, ESTIDAMA, green building, and EPD certifications.
• Maintain and update quality procedures and ensure alignment with industry best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of QA/QC experience in the precast or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality standards, inspection processes, and documentation practices.
