QA/QC Engineer – Landscaping Projects

About the role

The QA/QC Engineer (Landscaping) ensures that all landscaping works – softscape, hardscape, irrigation and soil preparation – meet the highest quality, safety and environmental standards. The role involves inspections, material approvals, risk assessments and continuous improvement of processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement QA/QC procedures, checklists and risk assessments for landscaping projects.
• Perform on‑site inspections of plants, trees, turf, pavements, water features and irrigation systems.
• Review and approve materials such as soil, fertilizers, irrigation components and plant selections.
• Maintain detailed QA/QC documentation, including inspection reports, NCRs and corrective action plans.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and project teams to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
• Conduct safety inspections and support sustainability initiatives, including water‑efficient irrigation.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Environmental Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in QA/QC engineering or quality control within landscaping, civil or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and local environmental and safety regulations.
• Hands‑on experience with landscape construction methods, grading, drainage and paving.
