About the role
A construction company in the UAE is seeking an experienced QC Engineer to implement quality procedures, monitor standards, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor project quality plans.
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and quality assessments.
- Review and manage quality documentation including ITPs, Method Statements, MIRs, WIRs, and NCRs.
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors regarding quality requirements.
- Identify quality issues and support corrective and preventive actions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of QA and QC procedures and project quality plans.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Available for immediate joining or short notice period.
