QTS Early Years Tutor – British Curriculum – Dubai

About the role

Simone's Tutoring is looking for a QTS‑qualified Early Years Tutor to deliver personalised, face‑to‑face tutoring for young children in Dubai. The role focuses on the British EYFS framework and combines play‑based, hands‑on teaching with systematic synthetic phonics.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver one‑to‑one tutoring in the child’s home or an approved learning environment, planning lessons aligned with the British EYFS and the child’s individual needs.
• Teach communication, language, systematic synthetic phonics, early reading, emergent writing and early numeracy using engaging, play‑based activities.
• Support personal, social and emotional development, school‑readiness transitions and maintain safeguarding standards.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a recognised teaching degree.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant Early Years, Reception or lower‑primary experience.
• Strong knowledge of the British EYFS framework and systematic synthetic phonics.
• Excellent spoken English, safeguarding awareness and reliable personal transport in Dubai.
