Quality Assurance & Control Engineer – Joinery

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented QA/QC Engineer to oversee quality assurance and control activities in our joinery manufacturing facility. The role ensures that cabinetry, doors, furniture, wall cladding and custom woodwork meet approved drawings, specifications and client requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of incoming materials such as timber, veneers, laminates, hardware and accessories.
• Verify that manufactured products comply with shop drawings, material specifications and project requirements.
• Monitor production processes and workmanship at all manufacturing stages, performing in‑process and final inspections before packaging.
• Identify, document and report defects, non‑conformities and quality issues, ensuring corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
• Work closely with production teams to maintain quality standards, conduct regular factory audits and support process improvements.
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports, non‑conformance reports (NCRs), corrective action records and traceability documentation for materials and finished products.
