Quality Assurance Coordinator

About the role

The Quality Assurance Coordinator will plan, coordinate and implement quality management and improvement programmes for dnata Travel, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct and compile process compliance audits, raise audit reports and follow up on corrective actions.
• Coordinate second‑party audits with business units and external providers to verify contractual conformance.
• Administer customer feedback, work with support teams to implement timely corrective actions and promote satisfaction.
• Review and improve existing procedures, identify bottlenecks and enhance efficiencies.
• Provide technical and administrative support for training, audit preparation, meetings and management reviews.

Required profile

• Vocational or Diploma (12+2 or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in a large services or aviation environment.

Required skills

• High level of computer literacy.
• Knowledge of standards, auditing, documentation and report writing.
