Quality Assurance Manager for High‑Rise Tower Project

About the role

China State Construction Engineering Corporation Middle East (CSCEC ME) is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead the QA/QC function on a prestigious high‑rise tower project in Dubai. The role involves overseeing quality operations, ensuring ISO compliance, and driving continuous improvement across all construction disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain the Project Quality Management Plan (PQMP) and associated QA/QC procedures.
• Lead the project QA/QC team, conduct site inspections, audits, and reviews, and manage NCRs, corrective and preventive actions.
• Review specifications, IFC drawings, method statements, material submittals and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) to ensure compliance with client, ISO 9001 and local requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, laboratories and third‑party inspection agencies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of QA/QC experience on large‑scale, high‑rise or mega construction projects with reputable main contractors.
• Proven leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
