Quality Assurance & Quality Control Engineer

About the role

The QA/QC Engineer will plan, implement and monitor quality assurance and control activities on construction sites, ensuring compliance with project specifications, client requirements and applicable standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate the Site Quality Plan and develop Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) aligned with project specifications.
• Supervise the QA/QC team, conduct routine inspections, testing and quality checks, and monitor site activities against approved ITPs and method statements.
• Coordinate third‑party laboratory tests, oversee material testing, and maintain accurate testing logs and reports.
• Review method statements from quality and safety perspectives and ensure compliance with QA/QC requirements and standards.
• Conduct quality inductions and training for new staff, promote QHSE and ISMS policies, and support continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System.
• Coordinate with site management to implement IMS procedures and report on quality performance.

Required profile

• Experience in QA/QC procedures and systems within construction projects.
• Knowledge of construction quality standards, specifications and industrial safety regulations.
• Ability to coordinate with consultants, third‑party laboratories and site management teams.
