Quality Inspector – Joinery Production

About the role

Royal Joinery is seeking an experienced Quality Inspector to oversee quality control across all stages of joinery production. You will ensure that raw materials, work‑in‑progress, and finished products meet the highest standards of craftsmanship and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect raw materials, work‑in‑progress items, and finished joinery products.
• Verify that products conform to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor production processes, identify quality issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct dimensional checks, finish inspections, and final product evaluations.
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain accurate quality records.
• Coordinate with production teams to apply preventive measures.
• Ensure adherence to factory quality procedures and safety standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to boost product quality and efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality inspection within a joinery or woodworking factory.
• Strong knowledge of joinery manufacturing processes, materials, and finishing techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical and shop drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in preparing quality documentation and reports.
