Quantity Surveyor

About the role

Arts Stone is seeking a full‑time Quantity Surveyor to join its Abu Dhabi team. You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities, conducting cost estimations, and supporting tendering and bidding processes for high‑profile architectural projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review BOQs, conduct quantity take‑offs and cost estimations.
• Monitor project budgets, track variations and prepare interim payment applications.
• Update cost reports, financial summaries and variance analyses.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers and procurement to ensure accurate cost planning.
• Identify cost risks and opportunities, contribute to value engineering and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or a related construction discipline.
• Experience in the construction sector, preferably with stone, GRC/GRP or architectural finishes in the UAE or GCC.
• Strong analytical, numerical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for multidisciplinary on‑site teams.
