About the role

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) specialising in joinery to join our Dubai team. The role focuses on costing, estimating and controlling budgets for interior fit‑out and custom furniture projects.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare BOQs, quotations and cost estimates for joinery and fit‑out projects.
  • Analyse drawings and specifications, calculate material quantities, labour costs and overall project budgets.
  • Coordinate with procurement, production and site teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Source and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations, manage variation orders and monitor cost control throughout execution.
  • Assist in tendering processes and pricing submissions.

Required profile

  • Minimum 2–5 years of UAE experience in joinery, wood works or interior fit‑out.
  • Strong knowledge of wood materials, finishes and production processes.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical and shop drawings.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
