About the role
We are seeking a qualified Senior Site Engineer – Civil to oversee and manage on‑site civil construction activities on DAS Island. The role requires ensuring all works comply with project specifications, ADNOC standards, and HSE requirements while working on a rotational schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise offshore civil construction works and ensure compliance with ADNOC standards.
- Coordinate project documentation, QA/QC procedures, and HSE compliance.
- Lead on‑site teams, manage daily progress, and report to project management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 7‑8 years of civil construction experience, preferably in oil & gas/offshore projects.
- Prior work on ADNOC projects with mandatory ADNOC approval.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts (3 months offshore / 14 days onshore).
