About the role
A leading organization in the real estate sector is seeking a qualified and experienced Real Estate Accountant to join its finance team in the United Arab Emirates. The role involves managing financial operations across multiple entities in the UAE and KSA while ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage accounting operations for multiple entities, including UAE and KSA business operations.
- Prepare accurate financial reports, management reports, and account reconciliations.
- Oversee budgeting processes and monitor financial performance.
- Handle daily accounting transactions, payments, and financial record maintenance.
- Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities and ensure compliance with internal controls.
Required profile
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification – mandatory.
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate or property accounting.
- Proven experience managing multi‑entity accounts in the UAE and KSA.
