Real Estate Agent - Dubai

About the role

DVAM Real Estate is looking for a motivated, results-driven Property Specialist (Real Estate Agent) to join its growing team in Dubai. The role suits someone with strong communication and negotiation skills, a passion for real estate and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. It is a full-time morning shift position.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business through calls, networking, referrals, social media and other channels.
• Understand clients' property needs, budgets and investment goals, then present suitable residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property viewings and give accurate property information.
• Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and existing clients and build relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords and investors.
• Negotiate offers and support clients through the sales or leasing process.
• Stay up to date on Dubai's market, prices, new launches and trends, and promote properties through approved company channels.
• Keep client and lead data accurate in the CRM and coordinate with developers, property owners and internal teams for smooth transactions.
• Complete required documents and procedures on time, report regularly to management and meet assigned sales, call, lead-generation and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Dubai/UAE real estate sales is preferred; candidates with strong sales experience from other industries may also be considered.
• Good knowledge of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Knowledge of Dubai's real estate market and communities is an added advantage.
• Experience of 2 years listed in the posting.
