Real Estate Broker – Luxury Secondary Market (Dubai)

About the role

Metropolitan Premium Properties is seeking ambitious Real Estate Brokers to join its dynamic sales team in Dubai. You will represent top developers, manage client relationships, and close high‑value secondary market deals across prime locations such as Marina, JBR, MJL, and beachfront properties.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads from internal marketing channels and personal networks.
• Advise clients on market conditions, pricing trends, and investment opportunities.
• Promote off‑plan and ready properties from leading developers like Emaar, DAMAC, Sobha, and Dubai Properties.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and ensure successful closings.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients and investors.
• Stay updated on market developments, new launches, and investment opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and admin teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker or Sales Executive in Dubai (preferred).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and professional approach.
• Excellent English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving licence and own car preferred.
• RERA certification or willingness to obtain it.
