About the role

MNS Properties is expanding its team of Real Estate Consultants in Dubai and is hiring both experienced agents and fresh graduates. The role covers generating leads, understanding clients' needs and selling Dubai properties, with training and mentorship provided.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and follow up with potential clients
• Understand clients' property requirements and investment goals
• Promote and sell Dubai properties
• Handle property viewings and client meetings
• Negotiate and close property transactions
• Build long-term relationships with clients
• Stay updated on Dubai's real estate market and new projects
• Achieve individual and team targets

Required profile

• Experienced agents or freshers with no prior real estate experience
• Ambitious, confident, target-driven and professional
• Passionate about sales and client relationships, willing to learn
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
