Real Estate Consultant / Senior Real Estate Consultant

About the role

betterhomes is expanding its team in Abu Dhabi and is looking for Real Estate Consultants and Senior Real Estate Consultants. You will work in the residential property market, supporting clients through buying, selling and leasing. The workplace is on-site.

Key responsibilities

• Support buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants throughout their property journeys.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, giving clients relevant information and guidance.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and prospective customers.
• Handle property enquiries, manage listings and follow up on potential opportunities.
• Assist clients from initial enquiry to transaction completion.
• Stay up to date with Abu Dhabi property trends, new developments and available inventory.
• Maintain organised client records and manage daily activities using CRM and digital platforms.
• Represent betterhomes professionally while delivering a personalised client experience.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Currently based in the UAE.
• Previous experience in the Abu Dhabi or Dubai real estate market is preferred but not essential for junior candidates.
• Familiarity with residential sales, leasing or off-plan developments is beneficial.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and client relationship skills.
• Self-motivated, organised and comfortable in a dynamic environment.
• Valid UAE driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• ADREC Broker Licence is an advantage, especially for senior applicants.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM platforms and other digital tools is an advantage.
• CRM software.
