Real Estate Consultant (Spanish/French/Russian/German/Italian Speakers)

About the role

Think Realty Real Estate is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Real Estate Consultant to join its Dubai team. The ideal candidate speaks at least one of Spanish, French, Russian, German or Italian and will use those language skills to serve both local and international clients throughout the buying, selling and leasing process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property viewings and guide clients through transactions.
• Advise clients on current market trends and prepare compelling property listings.
• Maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM and listing platforms.
• Negotiate offers and contracts while ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.
• Coordinate with internal asset‑management and property‑management teams.
• Build and nurture relationships with international and local clients using multilingual communication.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of real‑estate markets (residential and/or commercial).
• Proven sales track record, including lead generation, client follow‑up and closing.
• Effective negotiation abilities and ethical client focus.
• Fluency in at least one of the required languages and professional proficiency in English.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Dubai and meet performance targets.
• Familiarity with UAE real‑estate regulations; RERA certification is a plus.
• Previous experience as a real‑estate agent or consultant.
