About the role
We are seeking a proactive and results‑driven Real Estate Recruiter to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will leverage a strong understanding of the local property market and an established industry network to attract top sales talent.
Key responsibilities
- Source, screen, and recruit high‑performing real estate agents.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Meet recruitment KPIs and hiring timelines.
- Develop sourcing strategies and strengthen employer branding initiatives.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience.
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market.
- Existing real‑estate network is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent English required; Chinese or Russian speakers are an advantage.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
