Real Estate Recruiter

About the role

Tanami Properties, a leading Dubai real‑estate brokerage, is looking for an experienced Recruiter to join its team full‑time. The successful candidate will own the end‑to‑end hiring process for a variety of real‑estate positions, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified talent to support the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract candidates for sales, advisory and support roles in the real‑estate sector.
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals and specialised industry platforms.
• Conduct screening calls and interviews, evaluate qualifications, experience and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and maintain accurate records in the ATS/Monday.com.
• Prepare and present job offers aligned with company policies and market benchmarks.
• Represent Tanami Properties at career fairs, industry events and networking functions to strengthen employer branding.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3‑4 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years focused on the real‑estate industry.
• Strong knowledge of real‑estate job roles, licensing requirements and market terminology.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions, meet tight deadlines and maintain confidentiality.

Required skills

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Monday.com.
• Advanced use of LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable and other sourcing tools.
• Negotiation and offer management skills.
