About the role
Golden Light Real Estate Developments is hiring a full-time Real Estate Sales Consultant in Dubai to sell off-plan 1 BHK, 2 BHK and 2 BHK + Study apartments at Courtyard One Dubai South. The role also involves building a strong UAE broker network and hitting monthly sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Sell off-plan apartments at Courtyard One Dubai South
- Build and manage a UAE broker network
- Conduct site visits, tours and client consultations
- Handle negotiations leading to booking and SPA signing
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of Dubai real estate sales experience (off-plan preferred)
- Existing broker or client network in the UAE
- Deep knowledge of the Dubai property market
- Excellent English; Arabic or Hindi is a plus
- Ambitious, target-driven and entrepreneurial attitude
- RERA broker card preferred
