Real Estate Sales Manager

About the role

Arfeen Real Estate is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead its sales team, drive business development, and achieve monthly revenue targets in the UAE market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily sales operations, set and monitor monthly targets, and develop action plans.
• Train, coach, and motivate Property Consultants to improve performance.
• Oversee lead management, follow‑ups, negotiations, and sales pipelines.
• Support the team in client handling and closing deals.
• Build relationships with owners, buyers, investors, and developers.
• Generate new listings, referrals, and business opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and new developments.
• Prepare sales reports and coordinate with marketing and administration teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of UAE real estate sales experience.
• Previous experience as a Sales Manager, Team Leader, or Senior Property Consultant.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and develop a sales team.
• Strong knowledge of residential, commercial, leasing, and off‑plan properties.
• Valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle.
