Real Estate Team Leader – Secondary & Off‑Plan

About the role

Key Capital Properties is seeking an experienced Real Estate Team Leader to drive secondary and off‑plan sales in Dubai. You will lead a team of property consultants, leveraging exclusive market access and strong developer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage and motivate a team of property consultants across secondary and off‑plan sales.
• Drive team performance to meet agreed KPIs and monitor daily activities such as lead follow‑ups, listings, viewings, offers and transactions.
• Coach agents on prospecting, negotiations, client management and closing deals.
• Develop relationships with developers, investors, buyers and sellers to increase listings and revenue.
• Recruit, onboard and develop new agents as the team expands.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Dubai real estate covering secondary and off‑plan properties.
• Previous experience leading or managing a team of property consultants.
• Strong personal sales record with ability to drive team performance.
• Good knowledge of Dubai communities, developers, pricing and market trends.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
