Real Estate Telesales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Telesales Executive to join our fast‑growing team in Dubai. You will be responsible for contacting prospective buyers, generating qualified leads and supporting the property sales team to close transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients, promote residential and commercial projects and generate qualified leads.
• Understand clients’ property requirements, budgets and investment goals, then schedule viewings and meetings with agents.
• Follow up leads via phone, WhatsApp and email, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and lead‑generation targets while complying with UAE telemarketing regulations.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service or real‑estate sales, preferably in the UAE market.
• Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Hindi or Urdu are a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet sales targets and maintain a professional attitude.

Required skills
