Chief Revenue & Market Growth Officer

About the role

The European property group is expanding its premium portfolio in the UAE and seeks a senior leader to own commercial strategy, sales performance and market expansion. You will direct the full commercial engine, from land acquisition to pricing, distribution and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the UAE commercial growth and sales strategy across the development pipeline.
• Create go‑to‑market plans for new launches and acquired plots, steering pricing, inventory and absorption.
• Build and lead a top‑tier in‑house sales team and manage master‑agency relationships.
• Shape international sales strategy for priority source markets and drive demand through VIP events, roadshows and global exhibitions.
• Partner with Development, Marketing, Finance, Investment and senior leadership to deliver commercial insight and forecasting to the CEO, Board and shareholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of UAE real‑estate experience, including senior commercial or sales leadership with a major developer.
• Proven track record in property development, high‑value residential or mixed‑use projects, pricing, inventory planning and international sales.
• Deep network across developers, master agencies, brokers, HNW buyers and international sales channels.
• Strong market credibility, stable career progression and measurable commercial wins.

Required skills

• Negotiation and relationship building with CEOs, boards, investors and high‑net‑worth clients.
