About the role
The Receptionist in the Aftersales Department ensures the highest standard of service for customers via email, phone, or in‑person interactions, supporting the company’s customer service goals.
Key responsibilities
- Handle all incoming telephone communications, log details and forward to relevant team members.
- Provide excellent customer service through email, phone or walk‑in interactions, resolving queries promptly.
- Attend to drop‑in customers efficiently and coordinate with staff to ensure smooth service.
- Maintain accurate call logs with time, date and caller information.
- Keep up‑to‑date knowledge of personnel and procedures to streamline communications.
Required profile
- Strong English communication skills.
- 1‑2 years of experience in customer service.
- Pleasant, proactive, hardworking and motivated attitude.
- Understanding of IT systems is advantageous.
Required skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Familiarity with IT systems related to customer service.
- High adaptability across multiple service channels.
