About the role

Join Premier Inn in Dubai as a Receptionist, where your energy and passion will be reflected in welcoming guests and supporting them through check‑in and check‑out procedures in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, visitors and suppliers, answer telephone calls in line with brand standards.
• Handle guest queries, provide information on promotions, room rates, local activities and events.
• Process reservations, cancellations and payments following cash‑handling procedures.
• Identify corporate leads, build long‑term relationships and promote customer feedback.
• Communicate guest requests and complaints to all departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain safety of guests according to safety procedures and keep reception area stocked with supplies.

Required profile

• Customer‑oriented approach with excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Proactive, organized and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Minimum one‑year experience as a hotel receptionist in a front‑office department.
• Fluent in Arabic (speaking, reading and writing).
