Receptionist – Dubai International Airport

About the role

Join Premier Inn’s front‑office team at Dubai International Airport and be the first friendly face our guests encounter. You will welcome visitors, manage check‑ins and check‑outs, and ensure a smooth, memorable stay in a fast‑paced airport environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, visitors and suppliers, answering phone calls in line with brand standards.
• Provide accurate information on promotions, room rates, local activities and events.
• Handle payments and cash according to established procedures.
• Process reservations, cancellations and manage guest data entry.
• Identify corporate leads, build long‑term relationships and promote positive online feedback.
• Perform general office duties such as correspondence, email handling and filing.
• Maintain stock of reception supplies and stationery.
• Communicate guest requests and complaints to relevant departments for swift resolution.
• Ensure guest safety by following all safety guidelines.

Required profile

• Customer‑oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Flexible, agile and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive, well‑organized and committed to delivering exceptional service.
• Minimum one‑year experience as a hotel receptionist in a front‑office role.
• Fluent in Arabic (speaking, reading, writing).
