Receptionist – Front Desk (Emiratization)

About the role

You will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the Toyota showroom on Sheikh Zayed Road. In a busy workshop environment, you will welcome visitors, identify their needs and ensure they receive a warm, professional experience from entry to exit.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all customers entering the showroom, delivering the "World's Warmest Welcome".
• Identify customer needs and direct them to the appropriate sales executive or department.
• Manage appointment flow, ensuring customers with scheduled meetings are escorted to the correct executive.
• Provide a courteous send‑off to customers leaving the branch, reinforcing a positive brand impression.
• Maintain basic administrative tasks, including use of MS Office tools.

Required profile

• Emiratization candidate with a valid Family Book (mandatory).
• Fluent in English with strong communication abilities.
• High school diploma or higher.
• Customer‑service experience is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, preferably Excel.
• Motivated, customer‑focused and passionate about cars.
