About the role
Join Radisson Resort Al Marjan Island as a Receptionist, the first point of contact for guests and the face of our hospitality brand. You will guide guests through self‑check‑in and check‑out kiosks, showcase hotel services, and ensure every interaction reflects Radisson’s energetic and authentic service ethos.
Key responsibilities
- Assist guests with self‑check‑in and check‑out kiosks to ensure a smooth arrival and departure.
- Provide information on hotel amenities, local attractions, and events, acting as the go‑to source for guest inquiries.
- Resolve guest questions and minor issues promptly, escalating when necessary.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to deliver seamless service and support front‑office operations.
Required profile
- Dynamic, engaging personality with a genuine love for interacting with guests.
- Self‑motivated, creative problem‑solver with a positive mindset.
- Comfortable communicating in English; Russian language skills are a plus.
Required skills
- Experience working with IT systems and self‑service technology.
