Reservation Agent

About the role

Suiteable Holiday Homes is seeking a detail‑oriented Reservation Agent to join its growing team in Dubai. You will manage guest bookings, communications and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth check‑in and check‑out experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage bookings, inquiries, modifications and cancellations through OTA platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia and others.
• Communicate with guests via phone, email and WhatsApp to provide timely support.
• Monitor reservation details, availability and pricing updates.
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.
• Maintain accurate reservation records using property management systems.

Required profile

• Previous experience in holiday‑homes reservations or short‑term rental operations (minimum 2 years).
• Hands‑on experience with OTA platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com.
• Experience with property management systems; knowledge of Hostaway is a plus.
• Excellent communication, coordination and organizational skills.
• Good command of English.
