About the role
As a Receptionist you will provide an engaging experience to guests staying at Pullman Hotels, building rapport to foster loyalty while meeting performance, consistency and quality standards. You will act as an ambassador of the hotel, delivering above‑and‑beyond service to ensure memorable stays.
Key responsibilities
- Provide courteous, professional, efficient and upscale service at all times.
- Build rapport with guests to gain loyalty and meet quality standards.
- Act as an ambassador, delivering memorable experiences.
- Implement departmental, HR, finance and safety policies and procedures.
Required profile
- Available to join immediately.
- Additional language skills and residence in the UAE are an advantage.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure.
- Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and grooming.
