About the role
Wood is looking for a full‑time Receptionist who is an UAE national to join its Dubai Business Unit. The role is onsite and supports the front‑office of one of the world’s largest engineering multinationals, providing a professional first point of contact for visitors and callers.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and direct visitors, manage reception area and maintain a welcoming environment.
- Answer, screen and route telephone calls efficiently.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- Maintain visitor logs, issue badges and ensure security procedures are followed.
- Support administrative tasks such as scheduling meeting rooms and basic clerical duties.
Required profile
- UAE national.
- Full‑time availability for an onsite role in Dubai.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front‑desk position.
