Recreation Attendant

About the role

Join Hilton's vibrant team at The WB™ Abu Dhabi Curio Collection and brighten guests' stays by organizing and facilitating a variety of recreational activities. You will create fun, safe, and memorable experiences for guests of all ages.

Key responsibilities

• Lead fitness classes, sports games, and children’s programs, actively engaging guests.
• Monitor recreational areas for safety and cleanliness, reporting any issues promptly.
• Provide professional, friendly customer service, responding to guest inquiries and promoting activities.
• Coordinate with other departments to support events, assisting with setup and breakdown.
• Contribute ideas to improve programs and promote wellness initiatives.
• Address guest concerns promptly and ensure satisfaction while complying with health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Passion for hospitality and spreading warmth.
• Integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and a sense of urgency.
• Previous experience in recreation, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
