About the role

The Recreation Experience Expert – Pool & Beach Attendant ensures a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment for guests at Ajman Saray, a Luxury Collection Resort. You will maintain pool areas, promote a fun atmosphere, and respond to guest needs with an upbeat attitude.

Key responsibilities

• Wash, mop, and clean the pool deck and surrounding areas.
• Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests in all recreational activities.
• Observe activities, follow local operating procedures, and respond to emergencies.
• Enforce recreation facility rules and assist guests with disabilities.
• Provide first‑aid assistance to injured guests until emergency services arrive.
• Handle towels according to company procedures and report accidents or unsafe conditions.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and uphold confidentiality of proprietary information.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move objects up to 25 lb and navigate slippery surfaces.
