About the role
The Recreation Experience Expert will be the primary point of contact for guests using the pool, beach, and other leisure facilities at Le Méridien Dubai Marina. You will create a welcoming, safe, and enjoyable environment while promoting the resort’s recreational offerings.
Key responsibilities
- Provide information, register guests, and schedule participation in pool, beach, fitness, and entertainment activities.
- Enforce safety rules, monitor activities, and respond to emergencies, including providing first‑aid assistance.
- Handle point‑of‑sale transactions for equipment rentals, activity fees, and retail sales.
- Assist with private functions, maintain cleanliness of facilities, and report accidents or unsafe conditions.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- CPR and First Aid certifications.
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 25 kg unaided.
- Strong communication skills and professional appearance.
