About the role
The Recreation Team Leader will coordinate, supervise and elevate daily operations of NH Collection Dubai Ibn Battuta’s premium leisure facilities, ensuring every guest experience aligns with the brand’s promise to "feel the extraordinary".
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the 8th‑floor temperature‑controlled rooftop pool, Skyline Pool Bar, modern fitness centre and dedicated Kids' Club.
- Lead, inspire and monitor a multi‑certified team of recreation and pool attendants.
- Ensure all recreational activities, guest touchpoints and facility conditions consistently meet NH Collection standards.
- Maintain rigorous health, safety and quality standards across all leisure areas.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a 5‑star hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
- Strong experience in recreation and leisure operations.
- Relevant professional licences and certifications.
- Good leadership and team‑management skills.
- Strong guest service and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of health, safety and recreation standards.
