Recruiter – Dubai Recruitment Consultancy

About the role

Swiss Connect Solutions is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join its fast‑growing consultancy in Dubai. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring successful placements for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, ATS databases and other channels.
• Screen CVs against job specifications and conduct initial interviews.
• Prepare shortlists of qualified candidates for client review.
• Perform reference checks and coordinate interview schedules.
• Maintain accurate candidate and vacancy data in the ATS.
• Build and sustain pipelines for current and future vacancies.
• Achieve monthly recruitment and placement targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Recruiter, Recruitment Consultant, or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
• Hands‑on expertise in candidate sourcing, CV screening and interview management.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies and pipelines simultaneously.
• Experience in the UAE/GCC market, preferably within hospitality recruitment.
• Familiarity with international candidate sourcing.
