Recruiter – Talent Acquisition (6‑month contract)

About the role

Sunset Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team in Dubai on a 6‑month contract. The role focuses on building diverse, high‑quality talent pipelines across the group’s hospitality brands while championing inclusive hiring.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for multiple hospitality brands.
• Source, screen and assess candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and direct search.
• Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines and promote inclusive hiring practices.
• Gather market insights and hiring trends to inform the Talent Acquisition Manager.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate communications and reference checks.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in lifestyle hospitality, preferably with pre‑opening recruitment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Independent, organized and able to meet deadlines.
• Based in Dubai or able to relocate immediately.
• Fluent English with excellent interpersonal skills.
