Recruiter – Talent Acquisition for Middle East

About the role

Turner & Townsend is seeking a proactive Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition across its Middle East operations. You will partner with hiring managers to source, assess and onboard candidates ranging from junior staff to directors for highly technical construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Source and place top talent across all levels for the Middle East business.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Coordinate daily with hiring managers to meet tight hiring deadlines.
• Support critical hiring decisions, conduct screenings, negotiate salaries and maintain long‑term candidate relationships.
• Develop and expand a candidate network using multiple channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate recruitment reports.
• Create LinkedIn pipeline projects for specific roles.
• Continuously improve the candidate experience and promote the Turner & Townsend employer brand.

Required profile

• BSc/BA degree.
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably in the construction sector.
• Prior work experience in the Middle East is mandatory.
• Strong communication, analytical, and confidentiality skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Microsoft Office suite.
