Recruiter – UAE National (Talent Acquisition)

About the role

Amazon is seeking a highly motivated Recruiter (UAE National) to join its Talent Acquisition team. You will partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to attract, assess, and secure top talent that drives Amazon’s growth across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring teams to design sourcing, assessment, and closing strategies aligned with business needs.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive market research and relationship management.
• Conduct in‑depth candidate interviews and present high‑quality slates that meet hiring manager expectations.
• Develop and track recruitment plans, timelines, and metrics to ensure service level agreements are met.
• Recommend and implement recruitment process improvements and best‑practice interviewing techniques.
• Participate in special projects and initiatives that enhance talent acquisition effectiveness.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably within a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence hiring managers.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize workloads, meet deadlines, and deliver exceptional customer service.
• UAE national status as indicated in the job title.
