Recruitment Consultant – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our fast‑growing Dubai office. You will work closely with the Sales Director, support international clients across data centres, life sciences and digital infrastructure, and help shape the future of our talent acquisition function.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle – from client acquisition and role qualification to candidate placement and offer negotiation.
• Source top talent by headhunting and engaging high‑calibre candidates via LinkedIn, job boards and personal networks.
• Partner with clients to advise on hiring strategies, market trends and talent availability.
• Drive business development by identifying new clients, building pipelines and expanding existing accounts.
• Build long‑term relationships with both clients and candidates to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in data centres, pharma and related sectors to act as a subject‑matter expert.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with some commercial experience.
• Highly motivated, driven and commercially minded.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build and grow something.
• Team player with an A‑player mentality; cultural fit is essential.
• Willing to relocate to Dubai or already based there.
• Right to live and work in the UK or EU without needing visa sponsorship (for occasional travel to European offices).
