Recruitment Consultant

About the role

A full-time Recruitment Consultant position based in the United Arab Emirates, helping businesses find the right people while supporting candidates in reaching their career goals. The role covers end-to-end recruitment and selection, from sourcing candidates to negotiating offers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
• Source and attract qualified candidates through job portals and professional networks.
• Review CVs and conduct candidate interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their hiring needs and recommend suitable candidates.
• Negotiate job offers and support successful placements.
• Maintain recruitment records and monitor hiring progress.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2-4 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment targets.

Required skills

• Familiarity with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems.
• Strong communication, interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Good networking, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
