About the role
Black Pearl Consult is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support daily HR operations in Sharjah, including recruitment, employee records and engagement activities. The role suits candidates who want to grow their career in a dynamic work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and HR systems
- Assist with payroll and attendance tracking
- Support employee engagement and training initiatives
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws
- Handle employee queries and HR-related concerns
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
- 6 months to 2 years of HR experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and UAE labor laws
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
