Recruitment Consultant – Permanent Agency Recruitment

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our permanent technology recruitment team in Dubai. This position offers a pathway to build a long‑term career in agency recruiting, focusing on senior engineering and leadership talent.

Key responsibilities

• Source and identify candidates for senior engineering and technology leadership roles such as Staff Engineers, Principal Engineers, Engineering Managers, VPs of Engineering and CTOs.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, keep the CRM up‑to‑date and ensure no opportunities are missed.
• Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and clients.
• Research target companies, map engineering org charts and CTO office structures, and build long‑lists for new searches.
• Develop sophisticated sourcing strategies to engage passive, high‑demand talent.
• Own client discovery calls and manage communication on active technical searches.
• Develop market expertise in software engineering and technical leadership hiring.
• Eventually manage your own desk with full client ownership.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of recruiting experience (agency or in‑house) with exposure to technical roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for outreach to senior engineers and executives.
• Knowledge and experience in sourcing, selection and market mapping.
