Recruitment Consultant (Technology & AI)

About the role

We are expanding our high‑performing team and need an ambitious Recruitment Consultant focused on Technology and AI. The role is business‑development driven, requiring you to win new accounts, open doors with senior decision‑makers, and manage the full 360° recruitment lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, target and acquire new clients across Digital, Tech, AI and Luxury Retail in the UAE and wider MENA region.
• Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, LinkedIn, networking and referrals to build a strong pipeline.
• Engage senior stakeholders, understand hiring needs and convert prospects into active recruitment clients.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process for permanent positions, from sourcing and headhunting to placement.
• Build and maintain a high‑quality candidate network from junior to senior leadership levels.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, activity and revenue reporting against KPIs.

Required profile

• Strong commercial drive with a passion for winning new business.
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable making cold calls and networking.
• Ability to develop long‑term relationships with HR leaders, founders and hiring managers.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work independently.
