Recruitment Coordinator (IT & AI)

About the role

A highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator with exposure to IT and Artificial Intelligence (AI) recruitment is sought. The role supports the end-to-end recruitment process, coordinates hiring activities and maintains recruitment data. It calls for strong administrative capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel for recruitment reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities across IT, AI and technology-related positions.
• Schedule interviews and assessments between candidates, hiring managers and interview panels.
• Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Prepare recruitment reports and hiring metrics using Excel.
• Track key KPIs such as time-to-fill, pipeline conversion rates, interview activity and hiring trends.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to meet hiring timelines.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, recruitment procedures and data privacy requirements.

Required profile

• 2-5 years of recruitment coordination or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience supporting recruitment for IT, digital, AI, data or technology roles.
• Bachelor's degree; English language.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate management best practices.
• Excellent organization, time management, multitasking, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple hiring requirements at once.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for recruitment reporting.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
