Recruitment & HR Specialist – Dubai

About the role

Trivto is seeking a hands‑on Recruitment & HR Specialist to own the full talent lifecycle and run day‑to‑day people operations in its fast‑growing Dubai office. You will be the first point of contact for candidates and employees, balancing high‑volume sales hiring with technical and leadership recruitment while shaping HR policy and culture.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment: intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers and closing.
• Build and maintain pipelines for sales, technical (engineering, DevOps, product) and executive roles.
• Source passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals and creative channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Track funnel metrics (time‑to‑fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance) and continuously improve.
• Draft, implement and enforce HR policies in line with UAE labour law.
• Manage attendance, leave, sick‑day tracking and approvals.
• Run structured onboarding and maintain accurate employee records.
• Plan office logistics, company events and team‑building initiatives.
• Serve as the go‑to contact for employee questions and foster a high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• 3+ years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience, with proven volume hiring for sales roles.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit technical and executive positions.
• Strong sourcing skills and confidence using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Knowledge of UAE labour law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
