About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Manager to lead end-to-end hiring for a fast-growing international shipping and logistics company in Dubai. You will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, negotiating offers and onboarding talent across multiple departments.
Key responsibilities
- Drive full-cycle recruitment for various functions, ensuring timely and quality hires.
- Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, direct headhunting, networking and referrals.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to shape hiring strategies, workforce planning and employer branding.
- Oversee recruitment analytics, manage the ATS, monitor hiring KPIs and streamline recruitment operations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 6 years of recruitment experience, including high-volume and strategic hiring.
- Highly organized, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to partner with leadership and drive hiring initiatives.
Required skills
- LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS) platforms.
