Recruitment Officer

About the role

The Recruitment Officer will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for government‑linked positions, ensuring compliance with Dubai’s legal and policy frameworks. You will act as the primary liaison between hiring managers and candidates, driving efficient and secure hiring processes.

Key responsibilities

• Publish vacancies through approved channels and screen candidate CVs to create shortlists.
• Conduct interviews, compare candidate qualifications with job requirements, and coordinate specialized testing with unit managers.
• Implement hiring procedures, perform security checks, and verify candidate backgrounds in line with Dubai government regulations.
• Prepare employment contracts for special and administrative roles, and manage termination interviews for judicial and administrative staff.
• Analyse turnover reports, employee feedback, and develop recommendations and development programs.
• Study recruitment practices of similar entities and enhance departmental systems.
• Integrate information‑security awareness into onboarding and enforce security controls throughout the employee lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
• Minimum 2 years of practical recruiting experience, preferably within a government institution.
• UAE nationality.

Required skills

• Familiarity with the GRP system.
